I have been contacted by Hank Leverette in regards to a school project the St Therese Catholic School in Wayland is taking on in the fall. They will be doing the Salmon in the Classroom project with the Michigan dnr. What It's About. Students and teachers participating in the program follow the life cycle of a salmon from eggs to hatchling to smolt, in their very own classroom.

Running Dipsies In Waves |

So I was wondering, when running a dipsey you want it to be as close got the water as possible in the holder. My question is, will it cause a problem in waves if the rod tip hits the water will it be a problem. I'm always hesitant to run them when it's bumpy.

Heading up to Manistee Sun Aug1 PM trip and Mon morn trip. Never fished out of Manistee and just looking for basic info about area. Things such as were the shelf is and any other landmarks or hazards to look for. I have my revived salmon rig a 23 donzi. The problem I have is the cash to haul it across the state a coulple of times a month. I am looking for some out door storage in the area.
