Early spring =detroit river and jigging lake erie ohio reefs( launch from luna pier and 4 miles out). how early are u thinking? We dont start sag bay till end of may. Detroit and erie are hard to beat march thru april

2 spinnies and flies 1 paddle and fly 1 spoon.... On a side note we snaged an anchor with 50' of float rope on it. We got back an 11" wonderbread paddle. Spiny. And fly 3 spoons And a 250' of copper. Try reeling in that on 20 lbs mono. When i saw the anchor linevi thought i had gotten tangled in a net. Stopped the boat and tangled all the other gear. Lol

I looked into leopard print bu.t it was out of my price range. I want something easier to clean than carpet.. i plan on lots of slime on the floor. Something powerwashable. Momma wants a snap in liner for crusing with the family

Well i just pulled the trigger on a new motor for an old starcraft. I purchased a merc 150 opti tiller to go on a 22' 1980 starcraft ssv. I got the boat last week and will be starting a total hull tear out and rebuild. I laid awake all night last night just trying to get seating ideas. This is going to be an awesome winter project. Now does anyone here have a high H.P. tiller i would like some feed back if available.

I cheaped out because i only fish salmon 10-12 times a year. Okuma cv30 d. 25.99 Diawa heartland. 8' 19.99 Both set ups ran awsome. Acounted for over half my fish I use a steel tube bent in a U shape and crimps. Larger swival goes on befote crimping
