  1. John....the meathead holding the fish makes it look even prettier. Where in the hell did you find him at...and were you able to keep the crown bottle out of his mouth!!!
  2. Very true. I am not a "big" tournament fisherman. I used to fish a lot of smaller northern tourneys and one TT event a year until i decided to have a munchkin!! That should start to change now that she is getting older now and have had plenty of time to complete my honey-do lists! I have had pretty consistent results in the tournaments i have fished and have managed to win a couple smaller tourneys and just wasn't afraid to put a resume together, however small it may have been, and ask some of the guys. I ended up with help from Big Jon, Stinger, Protroll and "KNEW" someone with BRP and ended up getting a TON of help from Evinrude and i think i am the only one on the evinrude team that doesn't make six digits a year fishing:grin:
  3. Nice job guys! Way to go Ken.....I know that feels good for ya:thumb:

  5. Beautiful Terry! Nice to see some healthy fish there!
  6. Great Pics John. She sure was flat out there this morning. The mouth of the carp looked like it had some small boat pressure!!
  7. BW, when you say imitation are you talking about a felt strip soaked in oil?
  8. Nice haul Russ! I see flies in your pics. Is that mainly what you are catching them on?
  9. Those stripers are nice size. Much more broad than the ones that we caught with Pochos fleet. Capt Andres was our captain as well:thumb:
  10. Nice work Matt! Any captain would be luck to have a young guy like yourself so eager to get involved!! Great to see:thumb:
  11. Sorry to hear about the Fire, but am glad to hear no one was hurt. The other thing to think about is proper placement of the detectors themselves. Awareness is key:thumb:
  12. Exciting day scott:thumb: Any problems posting pics click here
  13. We are able to cast off shore with ultralights in early spring in munising for small coho like this and it is a blast!! Not sure i would be doing it in a kayak this early though either:eek:
  14. Kyle The Coho fishing in munising has been very good this year, but they are running a little small. Still great table fare!!
  15. Nice eye Kyle:thumb: Glad to see more snow that missed the U.P!!
  16. I had the same happen and the imitations didn't work worth a damn:mad:
