I have fished on a cauple of boston walers and both ran the waves nice but they have very limited seating and in windy cold weather you cannot stay dry so it can be uncomfortable but they did both fish well and had plenty of room in the back.

im goimg to try 2 things this year im going to try off shore 250-300 fow and im goimg to try for some lakers.I will let you guys know how it works.

This is agood reminder at how things can go bad even in a "big lake boat" That water is cold i dont care what time of year it is .I spent 40 minute in 42 deg water in 1998 when my boat sunk and i dont want to ever have that experience again!!!!!!

We fished out of Holland this morning in the steelheaders challenge started at 7 and stoped at 1.Started out last night dropping the trailer off the tounqe of my truck when leaving for gas and then this morning ran aground in the fog in lake mac spun the hub on the prop on the way back in:mad: but limped her in:thumb: we only caught 5 fish all day and finished 18 0ut of 41 boats:D but its still was better than workin thats for sure!!! only 2 boats had 12 fish today then it went to 10 and down from there.

Also A hot color for us has been a glow fire dog jp slammer it is like a bloody nose pattern only glow,moonshine has one to caled a dalmation glow i think. hope this helps jimmy

Paul,I fish holland a lot and would suggest you go south look for the big sand dunes and start in front of them they are called the sliders. I would probably start in 60 to 70 fow and troll out on a sw troll till you hit fish then troll south if he currents are rite for it.Are you going to be out all day and eve? I will be out in the eve. Wow ,what a beutiful day on the water!!!!! Talked to several of you guys on the radio today and almost ran over pauly wood( sorry) had a great day went 12 for 15 10 kings and 2 coho we fished from 95 to 150 fow with 125 being the best early and 140 being better later (around 10:30) glow fire dog and beef eater spoons were the best spoons again today,Also we got an 18 lb king and a 12 lb king on a green and crome dodger with a green flie.Got back to the launch to find a ticket on the windshield so i went down to the state park entrance and got my seasonal sticker today. Dirty dog had some tech. difficulty's and had to go in early:( hope that all turned out ok for him.Thanks for getting the guys together today. Jimbobber
