  14. Terry GJ man. You're just tuning up for Manistee.
  15. There are a lot of fish in the system. We are marking a ton of fish and bait fish. The bite has definitely been tougher. I think the weather patterns and bait fish are HUGE factors. The weather has limited my fishing, and I find myself fishing days I'd have turned my nose up at last year. The fish are there in good numbers both inner and outer bay.
  16. Three of us picked up a 3 man limit of 16 to 20 inch eyes on Thursday. I took my son and 7 yo grandson out Friday and only managed 3. Friday we got a late start and caught the three fish quickly. It's a little different this year. We fished with meat both days. Green, White, Red, Chartreuse.
  17. VN Dave.
  18. Holiday weekends @ the ramps can be very entertaining. Bring a lawn chair pack a picnic lunch and enjoy the show. The two and three time a year boaters will not disappoint you. Never take your boat on these weekends or you may become part of the show.
  19. I think the boat was set up with a track system. For a dual purpose boat they are slick. With some forethought and the tracks the fishing stuff disappears when skiing or boating. Yep this is an oldie thread, but it still may be somewhat useful.
