    Had some time to kill this morning so drove down to DNR ramp on Lake Mac and state park. Thought I post for those of you who fish Holland and are not close enough to see for your selves. Ramp and channel are open, but still with some large chunks of ice in the channel. Docks are NOT in at the ramp yet and most of Lake Mac still has thin sheet of ice. Won't be long though.

    8 in Spindoctor, its the first of their UV that I saw, package simply says UV Crush or UV Crush/UV slick, has a bluish tint 8 in Spindoctor, wrapped Lightsaver 8 in Spindoctor, white with glow/metallic green

    Well, it happened. I got sucked in. Just placed my order. Now just waiting for someone to come up with plastic filet knives and paper planers. Trailer park trolling gear.

    Anyone ever thought about changing points with each event? Early season bonus points for kings, late season for browns mid-season lakers or steelies or however you'd want to set it up

    Yep, first one in Muskegon might be a bit of tough fishing, but that's what separates the men from the boys

    Don't think I'll make the Muskegon ones since I don't trailer, so I'd kind of like to see alternating ports, Holland one then Muskegon next

    I do them by hand as well, but I generally just do them as I use 'em.

    Nice video, love to hear the lines screaming this time of year. I don't speak Swedish, but I bet I still can guess what you're saying when you have one on at the back of the boat.

    The wife has too much crap in the house for me to store my stuff anywhere but the garage and even that space is endangered.

    I'd tend to agree with that assessment. The problem with the west coast fishery was lack of spawning habitat not lack of food as in our neck of the woods.

    Too dang cold for my tastes, but I don't think you can do anything about the weather. And if you can then what the heck is wrong with you.
