2MD Posted yesterday at 03:45 AM Posted yesterday at 03:45 AM PUG managed 6for10 getting a late start and having to motor out into 6footers - was nuts because the bouy had read 1.3ft just 50min earlier and when we left pierheads they were 6ft but literally no wind blowing. PUG is from the east indies and figured it was tsunami. We figure it was from big cell 200 miles north that had crossed lake mi 2-3hrs earlier. Anyways, all action came in that 110-120fow 6for10 mainly matures and lost even a few heart break ones at back of boat tonight. All bite was 70-90 down spoons. Riggers were best. High diver paddle out 280 all went. Do did other high diver with wonderbread moonshine spoon out 220. 6
SeaFoam Posted yesterday at 12:15 PM Posted yesterday at 12:15 PM That’s some crazy seas given the buoy. Good work fighting the conditions!
jdh Posted yesterday at 01:16 PM Posted yesterday at 01:16 PM Odd weather. Nice work! Wind was swirling in Frankfort yesterday evening. Couldn't pick a direction. But stayed under 7 knots the whole evening. We were watching remnants of the storm cells cross south of us.
FBD Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Holland 9/4pm lake laid down nicely, I however had a wicked case of the sucks. Marked most fish in 115-120 but had most action in 90-95 if you count multiple short rips on the coppers as action. Ended up with two both on wire divers, a small coho we let go and a 14# hen king… 2

Boat issues have kept us off the water most of the season. Heading up to Holland now w my son in-law and grandson. Hasn’t stopped me from reading the reports and you seem to always get your filet knife dirty. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
