fishsniffer Posted April 25, 2011 Share Posted April 25, 2011 went with don out of holland to help on a quick shakedown..after we changed a smoking battery at the dock to make a late start even later we set lines in about 45 fow..dons 7 year old daughter picked all the spoons and we obeyed..about a half hour into our south troll we dipped in to 25 fow by the first slide and picked up a nice king on a 75ft section of blood run 32# tipped with a silver streak fishing machine mini..went a little farther south then turned and made a pass thru the mud...made sure everything was working good and called it a trip after about an hour..water temp was about 41 warming up to about 43 in the mud..speed about 2.8-3..got back to the dock and a couple kids were sitting there bobber fishing catching 13 inch perch.. http://www.greatlakesfisherman.com/gallery/files/1/1/4/4/king.jpg' alt='king.jpg'> Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
