Well I finally got the lower unit back in the boat and took the shakedown trip. We fished out of muskegon, not out of Whitehall our normal stomping grounds. Got a late start set line at 7:00am and fished til 9:00am. worked in 100 to 120 fow. went 2for3 1) Lost fish, 62 down on 2 color with MS Corys Bait 2) 7 Lbs King 180ft back on Blue SD and Blue and Sliver Fly 3) 8 Lbs Laker 75ft down on 2 color with MS NBK. All in all i'm happy the repairs seem to have worked:thumb:, and we got some fish.
