  1. Hmmmmm! Std dodger spin n glo with fly behind it. Going to give details in your post? work better than dodger n spin n glo???
  2. Felt so good to get into some kings especially early in the season. The spoons that did best were jagger bombs n mixed veggies. I copied my report from one I made on another web site where I'm not supposed to use spoon names, etc. Enjoy the porn.

  4. South Haven 4 28 Short Report: Me, Bob Knaak n Dimitri were out. 1-2s down to flat calm from SW 7 for 7, 5 kings n 2 lakers. 2 kings were dinks we threw back. kings were in 6-8 lb range, nice fighters. fish came in 65 -79 fow straight out n south of piers. 40' rigger main line took 3 on red/or/gr/sil spoon and similar spoon on 225' copper that took 2. lakers came on tin can dodgers bouncing bottom with gr spin n glos in 70-80 fow; lot of lakers in that area. We did not go deep to target Cohos. Saw 3 or 4 nice big bait balls in that area. found some fresh gobies in boat cooler few minutes ago when I cleaned it out; probably from lakers. Nothing on 150 copper or 3 & 5 & 8 colors. Great day on the lake and met two more great guys. Thanks Ed n Dimitri.

  8. Fish Cleaning Station SoHa Status Just found out SoHa city launch fish cleaning ng station will be open by 5/5. They r waiting for water to be hooked up after sewer construction came through!!!
  9. Yep, believe they're using back lot behind restrooms as lay down area for pipe etc. City guy cleaning the docks said water has been off but I would expect they would turn it on soon. He uses hose to spray launch area and docks to remove goose poop! Also, those slips upriver from launch are part of city n they use city water, power and have full time access to rest rooms via a door code!!! I already sent e-mails to Kate, Harbormaster and Larry, City Eng. I'll report what they say!
  10. Guess if we don't pay until sewer construction is done we don't get to use cleaning station. Cleaning station is not is area of construction but maybe the drain is affected. I'll contact the city engineer and harbormaster about it. They never answered my previous email about it. Thanks
  11. Creekerman: Great job n report! Is SoHa city launch fish cleaning station open yet? Thks

  13. Forsythias Bloom = Kings The forsythias r in bloom so get your king gear ready!!!!
  14. We had heard reports in Holland of 90-100 and 190-200. So Wed, 4/12 in SoHa we set lines in 80' n headed SW, we got a coho in 64' last Sat. But it was crazy, 150-170 from just little south of the piers to almost Palisades was hot. I've fished for spring cohos for a long time n never fished deeper than 35'. 80-100, 150-170 n 200-220+ are usually great places to setup for kings. Crazy.

It gives you a summary of all buoys and most recent observations for each buoy. Cooke n SoHa buoys were deployed this week. Click on the buoy of choice to receive recent wind/wave/air n water temps. The newer Uglos buoys have thermisters on the anchor chains that give you temp at various deaths to bottom. Nothing like realtime data. Dan Agnello, Hockey Puck, on the Reel Woman!
