Decided to take a day off of work to do a little fishing because it sounds like there's more rain on the way and I have plans for the weekend. Well here's how it goes, I left the dock around 8 am with Da-anvil , fishnmachine and my younger brother who has never had the chance to do this. We set up in 50 fow straight out and went on a south troll and started taking hits and after a few loops, and continuing south we ended up south of Sagautuck. We ended the day around 1 pm and going 11 for 16 , with 7 nice kings and 4 nice lakers. We here is a few pics. of what worked and the catch. This is from top to bottom as follows Super Screw mag. Moldy Muffin Mag Miami Dolphin Mixed Veggie mini Tequila Sun Rise mini Miami Dolphin mag Not sure of the name But it is one if the new uv streaks in a reg. and a blue veggie mini And YES these are tin can dodgers and the DID talk king and only one trout. My Brother with a nice 18 lb king. 4 lakers , with the largest being close to 14 lbs. our 7 kings and the full box Thanks for comeing along guys and man, Im glad to see the big fish comeing around!

Had the privlage to work on the deck of the Tangled Messes for the first trip of the season . While it was a little slow it was a success going 7 for 7., with all nice kings in the 8 to 16 lb range. We fished from Holland to Saugotuck and back with 55 fow being the best. With a speed over ground of 2.9 to 3.5 mph. and The only key was to fish the water that was not so dirty. Well heres the pics. of the stuff that took fish this morning. Mag super screw on a MONO DIVER out 125 on 2. Mag org. skirt on a MONO DIVER out 90 on 2. Silver Streak mini in copper uv. perch on a rigger out 40 and down 25. and finnaly the Yellow Jacket in a reg. sized streak with a glow back on a 100 ft of 32lb copper. And heres the catch.
