Had a fair morning, I left the dock with a couple old freinds that I haven't fished with in a few yrs , hopeing for a few coho and Browns. We left the ramp at 7:15ish and pulled lines a little after noon finishing 8 for 11. We fished from 5 to 55fow , browns and steelhead on the beach and lake trout on the other end. The catch consisted of 3 lakers, 2 steelhead, 2 browns and 1 small king, missed a grand slam by a the easiest fish in the lake to catch, a coho. Well here what worked and the catch And these are J-11 black and gold rapala J-9 Perch rapala Red and yellow squiggle brads thin fish Tin can and glow pink dot spin n glow

Well after last weekend I could not stand to sit at work any longer, so last night I contacted Kill n It and Juicy Baron and decided to go back and try our luck again. We left the dock around 8:30 and returned around noon. We fished from the beach out to 30 fow and marked fish in most waters we fished. We ended the morning 7 for 8 with 2 coho, 1 good king and 4 browns. Heres what worked and the catch. These are J-9 Perch Rapala J-11 Gold and black Rapala A Worrier Spoon of Daves, name unknown Chrome Red Herring bone River Rocker And the catch Great times again, thanks for comeing along on short notice, had a awsome time as always.

For all that are interested, the Holland Steelheaders are haveing there quarterly membership meeting tomorrow April 17. There will be dinner on us and a cash bar with a speeker , the speeker will be Tony Selarno from Liveing the Dream, talking on tournent stratagie . These are great meetings and free. This will be held at yaht basin marina in Holland write next to the DNR boat launch. Just remember social hr starts at 6, dinner around 7 and the I Beleive Tony will speek at 7:30 also there is alway a raffle. Well with that said would love so see a few new faces.
