Holland 8/4 am Solo Limit 5-5

Nice bite this morning. Limited out just after 8 am.

 

Started in 80 FOW. First two fish on rigger down 48 ft. One on 200 WS early. Then two on 10 color. Hot color/lure was mag MS green jeans and half moon Shelly snack.

 

One in 80 FOW, 4 in 105-110.

 

Lake flat.

Lines in about 5:45 am.

John is my hero today 5/5 Great catch!
It looks like the bite was farther out.

As for me, I was 2 for 4 today, started in shallow 50 fow,  lines in 5:22am, bit at 5:29am, 8.4# king with Mag Flounder pdr on rigger dwn 45 in 58.2 fow, ball 45°, SE trl  2.4 sog.

2 flybys, then  second hit came at 8:30am, coho 4.1# with Mag Dancing Anchovy on rigger dwn 47 in 90.3 fow, ball 47.5°, W trl, 2.6 sog.

well done SeaFoam! my son and his buddy were just inside you and littleboat tight up along the pier but they had to bail to get to work at 730am

Jon - that is an epic pic.  Congrats on getting a solo hand.  My nephew is coming up for Friday & Saturday night fishing.  I hope I can put him on fish like you did.
