  2. Sunday morning in Whitehall was just crazy we took a 4 man limit in the same time frame, I think we caught a fish on every rod we had out so its hard to say what worked.I want to thank Capt. Mike for the ride aboard the Just-N-Time.It was good to see you at the fish cleaning station Tom.
  3. Still puttin the smack down on them fishes!!! well done Frank
  4. i havent went out of Port sheldon this year but i have went out of there for many years with no problems, you just have to be careful until you get fully in to the river(stay to the left on the way out, just not to far)but over all i'd say it was a pretty nice launch
  5. I always look forward to your posts because of the pictures, the fish you have there look so healthy and full of good color. Its either that or damn i need to buy the same camera you have

  8. Oh well Ken I would rather be good at catching fish than at math anyday.but just the same she looks good for a boat half her age no matter how old she is.

  11. I have a 24 ft seasprite and I want to get a Pair of trolling bags, but I don't know what size I should be looking for? I guess I would rather they were too big rather than too small. Also any recomendations were to get them? keep in mind I have a limited budget Thanks in advance
  12. I have a alignment bar for a cobra drive if needed
  13. Ive seen the Duck in Great Lakes Angler magazine
  14. If it wasn't like this it would be different.
  15. Well you can settle for a rigger that may not be exactly what you want and buy new,or you can get what you want and buy used ones.If you shop you can find just about any brand and style you want used, and just because its used dont mean there all used up.I have four Big Jon's on my boat and I baught them all used the oldest pair are 1986 models and they work just fine. Thats just my thoughts on it
  16. Oh yea that 20 pounded was the only dark fish of the day. We took a couple real nice steelhead and a real nice coho it was a well rounded box
  17. Just wanted to put out a BIG thank you to Capt. Mike of Just-n-Time charters for a awesome day of fishing,We ran out to the 200 fow area and set up and not long before we started taking fish on a slow but steady pace. There wasnt any hot set up but greens, blues, and purple seam to be what they wanted.flasher flys were dead regular size spoon were the ticket. I learned a ton just watching Capt. Mike tune his spread you would be surprised how much the little stuff makes a difference. We ended up 15 for 20 the largest fish was 20 pounds and one ounce. Again Thanks for the ride Mike it was a blast
  18. Way to put a hurt'en on them fishes Mike, with a little luck i'll get up there and go out on the JustInTime atleast once more this year!!
  19. I have a 2001 bonneville that is flat ass Worn out because I love that car.it now has 2300000 miles on it and the engine has never been touched(3800) .at 80 mph with the air on it gets 30 mpg. Big and comfortable seating for 5 adults if nessarry, and it has the power enough to spare to pass without fearing for your life. over all the best car I have ever owned and I challenge anyone to show me a better one. There are faster cars and cars that get better fuel mileage but none (imo) that do all tasks so well.if I could still buy a new one I would not hesitate Oh yea I almost forgot. BUY AMERICAN!!!!
  20. In the mid 90"s I got curious and wondered how the phm's were doing. And what i found out was depressing, they were setting in a scrap yard ,stripped and ready to be sold off for scrap. They were probably worth more for scrap than the navy thought they were worth as they were made of aluminum and the foils were stainless steel.
  21. Thomas, that is a great intro.I personally served in the same canoe club from 83 to 87, I was a GSE stationed aboard PHM-3 U.S.S.Taurus(google that, pretty cool little ship)so welcome aboard brother!
