Holland Solo 8/9 am 3-6

Quick solo trip within the small window of nice seas. 
 

All hits between 5:45 am and 7:45 am in 120-140 FOW.   Hits were perfectly spaced out which made the solo trip a breeze.  
 

5:45 - 6:15 am.  Missed two steelies(I’m guessing) after a bunch of tail dances. Couldn’t keep them in the water.  Both on dipsy back 100 ft, 3 setting, with mag ms blue jeans. 
 

6:30: 13 lb king, free slider with rigger down 85 ft. Standard dancing anchovy. 
 

6:45 miss on rigger down 45 ft, dancing anchovy

7:00 5 lb steelhead, 300 WS, ms mag green jeans

7:45 am:  6 lb steelhead, ms mag blue jeans, dipsy back 110 ft, 3 setting

Pulled lines 8:45 am as wind started to come up.

Nice box of fish. Looks like you had a good time fishing. Great spacing on catches!

That is a great short morning trip.  Jealous you found a nice size king and on a slider of all things.  Yep the weather is a com'in.
