 Fished from the piers to Tunnel Park and back.  For forecast 1-2' I find it odd that the bigger waves blocked out the sun.  One shaker king on a one color that got put back; no clue he was in there...

Fished for a just a couple of hours during same time frame. Marked very few fish. The waves made trolling not much fun. Wave report way was off. Called it a day and headed in. Parking was all fouled up with cars parked in boat trailer spaces. Called DNR holland office several days before, they could have cared less. There were alot of boaters, jet skiers, small sailboats and other fishermen that were very disturbed where to park their trailers. DNR has closed the big parking lot days earlier.

Had one wave break on the side of the boat and shoved us sideways a bit.  With it being 57 on shore I'm not surprised another poster here found them in 100' and they were not in the surf.

Tough when the weather report isn't accurate and the buoys have already been pulled so no live data is available. We lucked out on Sunday with the weather that's for sure
