Got to fish both AM and PM today. This morning got out there just before the start of the Big Red Classic which made it a zoo. Set up in 85 FOW 3/4 of the way to Portsheldon heading South. Went south till we passed the sliders and then turn around. Eventually worked our way out to 150 FOW but 110 was best early, 140 was better later. Ended 8 for 11, all kings with the biggest at 15.5lbs.

What worked in the morning:

2.4 SOG south, 3.1 North

White/fishscale 11" paddle with BW poofster 180 back on wire diver - hot

White/Mtn Dew 11" paddle with Big Lake Lures poofster 60 down on rigger

UV 11" paddle with BW Homosezwhat fly 115 down on rigger

Firecracker 75 down on rigger

Went out tonight planning on a short trip knowing that storms were coming across the lake. Set lines just before 6:00 and pulled them at 7:15 when the lighting got too close for comfort. worked between 115 and 122 FOW. Managed to go 5 for 8 with the last one coming as we were pulling lines.
