Frankfort 7-1 PM

I was on vacation all week up in Leland. The weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to fish up there but thursday night the wife and I headed down to Frankfort where we met my wife's friend and her husband who were in Ludington. Headed out about 6 pm and set up in 85' on a south troll. Trolled down to the Herring Hole then turned north and ended up just south of the point as the sun set. Ended up 6/6 on a nice calm night. Glad to have someone along to do all the heavy lifting for me. Here's what worked:

Fullcore w/ SS Blue Frog-10# Laker (released)

Fullcore w/ Mag Blue Chilly Willy-8# Steelie and dink king

Rigger 50' down w/ SS Pink Panties-dink king

Rigger 45' down w Moonshine Moonshine-dink king

Wire diver 125' out on 2 w/ Blue Spatterback SD and Alewife Rapture Fly-13# King

The king hit just after sunset and it took my wife's friend about 20 minutes to get in. Not a bad night considering I was pretty much fishing blind since I didn't have internet connection all week and it had been 4 years since I've been to Frankfort. I have a couple of pictures I'll post later.
