Sunday depends on the crew. This is Michigan......maybe the forecast will change in an hour. TODAY NORTH WINDS 10 TO 20 KNOTS. WAVES 3 TO 5 FEET. TONIGHT NORTH WINDS 10 TO 20 KNOTS BACKING TO SOUTHWEST. WAVES 2 TO 4 FEET. SATURDAY WEST WINDS 10 TO 20 KNOTS BECOMING NORTHWEST. CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. WAVES 2 TO 4 FEET BUILDING TO 3 TO 5 FEET IN THE AFTERNOON. SATURDAY NIGHT NORTH WINDS 15 TO 25 KNOTS BECOMING NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 KNOTS. WAVES 3 TO 6 FEET. pbrktrt Posted August 10, 2008 Share Posted August 10, 2008 we went out Friday night after work & they were calling for 2-4's in Muskegon. they were probably 1 or less. beautiful night & took a triple on kings just south of the arms on a north troll & picked up another at dark in about the same place on a south troll. two on lead 10 color & 13 color & two on riggers 48 down. j-plugs have been hot. we've found that Noaa is just as reliable as local news. this is Michigan so i have to give them credit when they are correct. you just have to take the ride & see what your up against. if they are not coming over the bow in the channel we usually fish. i must add that the people fishing near us were true sportsmen as they gave us a wide berth when we hooked up on the triple. a polite request on the radio sometimes works wonders. sorry if this is in the wrong section, i'm kinda new here.
