    I believe the station is open to campers, not necessarily to ramp users. I also believe you can pay a fee to use it (when the office is open).

    Ryan, The only reason we fish out of Holland is for the cleaning station. We spent a lot of money when we go to Holland also. I edited your post to update Pentwater.

    20# is good for the rigger/diver line stringent. We like 40-50 for the fly leader.

    Combat fishing is not fun, and I refuse to do it. I like to enjoy my time on the water, and fish can always be found outside of the combat zone. Having someone so close to you that your rod hits their boat is not enjoyable.

    Shimano Talora 8' wire rods, and Tekota 600 lc for reels here. The Talora rods are worth the money. You could get buy with a lesser reel.
