i almost always run fixed and free sliders when i run fixed i run them like mike but alot of times i like to run free sliders and i will run spoons from the ss jr size to the mag size and sometimes have the smaller spoon on the bottom and sometimes run the same size spoons when i am speed trolling i run free sliders and on the chute most of the time

i hardly ever run my probe any more if you got a good graph it will tell you most any thing you need to know because later in the year you will find fish out of temp alot and if you are worried about temp some one on the radio will tell you where the temp break is

i will run silver streaks from 1.5 knots-4.3 knots in mags regs and minis and catch fish .

I would not get rid of 4,9,or 15.Number 4 is a great 5-10 color bait.Number 9is one of are best all around baits fish on core of all sizes and on our deep riggers.If i only had one choice i would keep number 15 we always have one on on evrey trip great 3-10 bait good on mid range riggers and great on wire in the spring 90 to 135 back .Number 15 is our top tournament bait and it catches all 5 of the fish. best for kings and steelhead and works well in the mud on a 3 or 5 color.Also number 1 is great in may on any rod.

try when you let the spinnie down let it down and stop and let it catch up and go under water and the keep tension on it on the way down

our riggers took the most fish for us this year and most other years we run 6-9 cores 4 divers an 3 riggers the flex in the big jon give a jigging action that the fish seem to like on the riggers we run mag spoon stacked with mini streaks and when running flashers we stack with mag streaks or nk 4ds

i do well on copper spoon for browns and steelhead we got the biggest bronwn in the pros in saugatuck on the same copper silver streak as bluedevils spoon

i would start in 100 in the moring and head west from there till you find active fish and run stuff from surface to the bottom spoons high and mid range and flashers deep

wea ran orange bommer on one flat line and dw alfostes on the other with 1once 3 color mix veg ss mini and the other maui waui ss reg 5colors we ran killer junk (purple spoon glow back with orange ladder backs ) the other orang chilly both mags 10s purple glow tiger and orange killer mags ss on the divers rasberry dol 90 back and killer nate 80 set on 3 (orange front gold back and orange and yellow tape) regs riggers green peeper ss mag 43 mix veg mag 35 down and a black spinnie green fly 80 down caught trou salmon and aa ton of steel glad i could help you out terry give me a call on the water any time always scan 68 and 88

west wind canvas out of fennville put a new top side and drop on mine last year he did really good work and it was way less than every one else

i used the e-chip on spoons the last few years and was not sure about them until last year i had a spoon on one conner that i did not change all year it was the first to go every day and would go all day and i tried the same spoon on the other conner with out the e-chip hook on it and it did not work as well

we have had good luck on 11" white coyote with white fly down the chute 83 -130 down for the last 3 weeks with a mag white glow george silver streak above it or a yellow spindoctor and and mraige with a candy corn above it also

try 160 -210fow 75 to 100 down and mag spoons in purple glow tigger and blue huckelberry silver streaks that is what went on friday
