That should make for good fishing in our neck of the woods. It’s nice to see our part of the lake receiving good numbers of fish stocking. I imagine grand haven will be decent too due to wild fish returning to spawn. On a nice day it’s pretty easy to run up to the south side of GH and tap into that fishery.
It was pretty busy out front when we left the pierhead so we headed north hoping there would be some four-year-olds staging to run the grand river. Every once in a while, our strategy pays off.

Thank you Ed. You guys in Ludington are Blessed and have a fantastic fishery. We fish Port Sheldon regularly and vacation in Pentwater for a week and fish if weather permits. We did have a great week fishing Pentwater this year.
just joined great lakes fisherman. we fish out of port sheldon most of the time and occasionally out of pentwater.
