Priority1 Posted July 2, 2008 Share Posted July 2, 2008 RogerH69, Frank S, Surf and Turf (from MS), and I hit the water about 7:15. We were going fish with 5 aboard but we had a no show. I talked to the person earlier this morning and it was clear to meet at the launch @ 7AM. The 4 of us ended up with 17 nice walleye. We were in 28 FOW running 2 oz B.B. with harnesses about 35 down. I was tempted to switch to cranks and spoons, but I just keep pulling crawlers. This was the first time I fished with Frank S. It would have been the first time for the no show also. Seems his brother in law was very sick in another state so they flew over to support him. I knew it had too be something serious for him to miss a fishing trip.
