lure attractant and smell aka ultrabite

Does anyone use any lure additives? I've heard the Ultrabite is supposed to work pretty well. Anyone have other favorites if so how often and how much do you use?

I kno this might sound a little crazy but i use a little "mega strike" on my spoons sometimes. Its mainly a bass fishing scent i guess. I had a day where i put it on only one spoon and that spoon was the only one getting hits then put it on a few others and then they took off. Jus a little dab will do yah tho. I will also rub this stuff onto my hands before i start handling my lures.

I'll use some Berkley cut bait strips on some of my flies or in the Brad's superbait lures. They've done okay for me this year. They come in shrimp, herring, and more. That scent is potent! Just a tiny piece will work.

Rubbing it on your hands is pretty die hard. I admire that. The ultrabite smells so bad I try not to get it on my hands. The good news is it wears off in only a week or two. Apparently I need to man up.
