Holland PM 9/1

Returned from 9days on Isle Royale

Returned from 9days on Isle Royale and PUG was itching to go fishing tonight on Parker so we went out of Holland and set lines in 185FOW at around 7.15PM.

Ended up going 9 for 11

All bites were in that 150-175 fow

Fish came as high as copper 150 but most were in the 60-100 down range

Moonshine spoons were best on the riggers and took most

Dragon Slayer spindoctor took just a monster steelhead on copper 300 (photos ATTACHED)

Deep braid dipsey with yellow meat rig went twice out 150 and both were solid fish

Other deep braid dipsey with white paddle and green fly went too out 190

South troll but also SE and SW were the directions that worked

We ended up at least 4 miles south of Saugatuck pier

There was no solid after dark bite unfortunately...ark bite tonight unfortunately

I am surprised a SH of that size and power stayed hooked up on 300 Cu.  Two nice SH in those pics and a nice cooler of fish!

Impressive box of fish 2MD. Impressive steelhead and collection of master angler patches as well.

Was the steelhead 32"?
