N II Deep
I think you would want to use a Tung oil. that will give is a gloss look, but if you want to brighten up the teak I would wipe down the teak first with a 2/3 hot water / 1/3 Bleach mix. that should remove any grease/ wax build up first or Denatured Alcohol. (just don't drink it Ken) just my thoughts on this. or you can get products at West Marine to clean and seal. http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/SiteSearchView?jspStoreDir=wm51&catalogId=10001&Ne=712&N=377+710+1002&langId=-1&omniTag=Category%3aPaint%2c+Varnish+%26+Teak+Oil§ion=shop&Nr=AND%28Record+Type%3aPRODUCT%2cStore%3aWESTMARINE%29&storeId=10001&page=CategoryDisplayLevel1
Rayman96
Tung oil will outlast linseed by a long shot. Don't be afraid to give it more than one coat. To clean I would use mineral spirits.Teak is naturally a dark wood and I would not tamper with it. If you want lighter wood accents, you could replace with mahogany.
