KJ pluggin
We set lines out on the bank around 4:30 Saturday afternoon and worked from 120 out to 180 and then back to 120 closer to dark. We took two kings in the 170's on rigger 80 down with a swr and a nbk spoon. When we got back to 120 closer to dark we took two more at 120. One came on 300' of copper with a mongolian beef spoon. The other came on a rigger 65 down with an swr and the nbk spoon again. All together it was a pretty nice night on the lake with no misses and two of the kings weighing over 15#.After a few hours of sleep we headed out again on Sunday morning. We set lines at about 5:00 in 100 FOW and worked out to 200. Our first fish came on a wire diver with a mountain dew colored flasher and a green fly. The next two fish we missed on a rigger 80 down with a swr and a nbk spoon. 300' of copper also took two fish with an old silver horde spoon than had a res and orange stripe on it. We ended up 3 for 5 on the morning and took off for home.
