Well i got out again this morning and ended up with 19 nice gills ,6 crappies and a 30 inch pike. It was a little slow this morning but all in all a good morning, what worked was a size 16 marmooska ,almost flat on the bottom in 14 to 15 fow. man were they fussy. sorry i did not get any pics but i gave the fish to a freind that i was fishing with , he also had 23 nice gills. well tomorrow i will be back out with nick and kevin gibson and the plumkrazy, see ya im the am guys!

Im with most of you guy's ,ive adapted to winter with ice fishing and a little rabbit hunting from time to time. Granted ice fishing is nothing like trolling but i like it enough to go 3 or 4 times a week from now till march , and like dan said , if ya have cabin fever already your going to have BIG issues come mid march.

nope i can account for many lakers at speed close to 4mph and i no a good charter capt that can also. He shown me how to do it.

Im a run and gunner , the only time i sit in a shanty is if im perch jerkin in DEEP WATER. I do not fish a whole if i dont see fish.

I have magda pros on my rigger rods and 6 of them on my core rods the only thing that ive had to do to them in 4 years is replace the pawls in 2 of them.

I do it exactly like adam ,horizontal jigs with 2 or more spikes or mousies. This works for everything. WOW i even use the same jigs.

Nice job guy's , looks like ya had a lot of fun. I also fish a small lake in southern allegan co . and took a limet of gills and spec in 1hr. and 20min. yesterday.

I run a little of everything all year , and every year seems to be a little differant from the last. This year in april it was reg. sized spoons , 00 flashers and peanut flys and lots of body baits . But from may on it was all mag. spoons ,big paddles or spin dr. on the low divers and 8 in. spinnies on the hi divers or mag spoons. And for color ,i alway run natral colors in april for coho ,browns and spring kings, and when they move offshore in may through the summer "beyond 100ft" I run blues and greens or anything dark or glow on the set ups past 50 down and liter colors from 50 up.

yup im sure there will be seats open on a lot of boats.
