My clients (The couple ) hired my services as an agent to know if there are free boat and space for their Tour. The Trip will start on the 10th of 6 2008 and End on the 13th of 6 2008. We would like to have half day for the Tour.At this time I will like you to give us your rates for the half day and to know the facilities you have to offer us during our Trip. We will be having a meeting today in preparation for this Tour and We are working out mordalities for a succesful Trip in your Place. We have been having series of meetings concerning this Tour and by God's grace we know with your assistance everything is going to work out well and We would want you to give us the BEST TOTAL RUN DOWN of the Trip in your Place for 3 days so that we can start discussing payment immediately.
