Fishmael Posted June 30, 2011 Share Posted June 30, 2011 Jumped on a friends boat and headed N. out of whitehall. Set lines in 90fow at 6pm and trolled NW in and out from 180-90fow. Nothing for 1.5hrs and then the fun began. 3 rods took hits on port side and we managed to box 2 of them. Rigger 75 down with a glow demon and 200 copper with a green froggie lure took fish. Kept picking at them for the rest of the night, actually losing as many as we boxed:confused: 7 for 14 all kings ranging from 1- 15lbs. Did lose a nice fish that almost stripped our 300 copper set-up. Leader snapped at knot:eek:Lures with green did well above 60fow and black rasberry type lures did well deep. Free sliders took several hits. Had several fish unbutton on 200/300 copper. It's almost embarrassing to say we lost 7 fish. Speed at ball a constant 2.3 49-52 degree water.
