I would like to fish up there, including heading out to the islands, but have never been in the area. Anyone ever fish there and have some info they would like to share? tgafish Posted March 4, 2010 Share Posted March 4, 2010 I'm no help Nick cause I got blanked when I fished there for a day a few years ago. One thing I can tell you is a navionics or lakemaster map is mandatory!! Bottom goes up and down very fast. I was over by sleeping bear and went from 140 to 35 in too short of time to get all my electrics up. I'd guess it was 20-25 seconds at trolling speed. Over by the islands looked like the same stuff.
