DIRTY DOG Posted January 18, 2009 Share Posted January 18, 2009 well i give my old buddy plumkrazy a call this morning to see if he was as BOARD as me ,and to see if he mite like to do a little ice fishing this after noon and we all no what the answer was he met me at the house around 12:30 and we where on the ice by 12:45 with temps of a hole 12 degrees and wind out of the s.w. at about 15 mph"a little cold" , i was not sure how the fish were going to respond to the week long cold snap but it did not change a bit from last week ,the 2 of use were makeing that close to 1/2 mile walk back to the truck around 2:45 with our 50 very nice blue gills {7 1/2 to 9 inch}we had so much fun this afternoon that were going back tomorrow along with rdfishin , seamac and i think adamsee ya guys in the mornig and ile report back tomorrow sorry for missing the important part , we fish in 12 fow with marmooska jigs in size 14 in white with red stripe and a org and black stripe ,with 2 spike head hooked:grin: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
