Ice_man_08 Posted August 14, 2008 Share Posted August 14, 2008 I had the chance to fish with my buddie shawn we got out at about 6:45 pm in about 30fow on a north troll. had nothing happen and saw zero fish landed untill magic hour(9:30 tonight for us) then the mongoose j-plug on the riggers goes 28' down in 44fow a lil 5 lb king. As soon as it gets back down it goes again nice lil 10 lber. Then about 2 min later the dipsy goes on the green spin doctor with green glow fly set at #2 with 50' out runs 320 ft out. We think its a big steel but then we get this bad girl to the boat... 19lbs biggest of the season so far. There was about 50-75 boats out today also.
