Welcome aboard and awesome rig!...Cant wait to see some swedish salmon porn!!!

I dont think you can beat saftey to death. Floatation suits, Throwable floatation devices, ropes and tow straps, ice picks, spud, gps, cell phone, flares, common sense and man power are all great safety devices.

Very nice, gotta love them slabosaurouses!

Im a dipsey nut and that looks like something to make them more effiscient. Definitely gonna get some and give em a whirl.

Welcome aboard Dennis. Good to see another guy on here that fishes Ludville. Great port, love fishing there.

Hit em good again today. Our crew landed 25 legal sized fish today. Whatta hoot. Got off at 3:30 pm. Guess the crack opened up tonight. Pretty scary, be safe.

Thanks guys it was a ton of fun thats for sure. Dave's perch was nothing short of a brute. It measured 15 1/4" and im sure all of 2#. He's going to get it mounted.
Fished again today, crack was really bad again. Fishing was absolutely rediculous. Whatta bite. I love Saginaw Bay! Sorry, no pics of fish, was caught up int he moment having so much fun. Got some pics of the crack that i took this morning to put up, but thats it. And your not gonna smile when you see them.

I agree Frank. If your unfamiliar at all with big lake fishing, dont go on it.

Very sad. I was out today and the cracks off Linwood are terrible. Also open holes along the crack. In the dark it looks just like glare ice. If you go out, go in groups, take saftely equipment and travel in the day light. I know the best bite is generally early and late, but its too risky to travel at those times right now.

Had a great day out there. First official trip in the books on the big water for me. Did allot of moving around to keep on fish. Seemed we'd drill holes, catch fish then itd die. Pick up and move and repeat. Never found a concentrated school, just these nomads. Ended up whacking a 4 man limit and tossed back 3 more. Fun day on the pond and the Evolution worked fantastic. Got some pics to get uploaded and get on here too.
