  1. What a remarkable day! After a 2 for five Sunday in SOHA, I am presenting your video to my brother as a primer on how to net a salmon. To your kids, “well done”, and to Pug, “way to keep ‘em on the fish!” I believe I would like to join your crew . jim
  2. I’ve been all over the internet. Fishusa.com, franks, Cabelas, marine general and I just can’t find a Pug. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing.
  3. Thanks for the report. Did you ever find the fix for the overheating Honda?
  4. 3/4 on Saturday morning. Rain threatened, but held off till noon. 70-80 fow. 12#King on braid dipsey, 2, back 90. 15 # king, rigger kevorkian down 35, and 20 # king, rigger green jeans down 25. Lost another on kevorkian. Decent bounce back from a skunking in New Buffalo the day before. All of a sudden, the fish have arrived. Hopefully not all will leave for ports north before I can enjoy a couple more. 'Twas a long winter, so glad to be back!
  5. Consider also posting on the southend.org, mechanics corner. Hondacat may have a suggestion. You have some good ones already.
  6. A very calm lake let us venture deep, between New Buffalo and Michigan City. This after 3 hours of lure washing from 25-70 fow. Got a 2-man limit in 200 fow. Red/black thin fin took 3, 2 on red/gold thin fin, 2 on orange f//f on dipsey, and 3 on Rasta goose in 100 copper. DR down 20-35, dipsey on 3 back 50-60. Shrimp and bugs in coho bellies.
  7. Amazing! Great catch. Living vicariously may hold me over till Spring!
