  1. We fished east side of the channel between the spark plugs and about 2-3 miles east 25-27 fow. We had four fish in the boat by 9:30 but then it slowed down. All meat and all colors worked for us today. We ended up with 6 walleys one throw back and a 9 inch perch. Those bait stealing perch were driving me crazy. Water temp was 71-72 and there were a bunch of boats out this morning. Oh yeah speed was 1.5-1.8 here is a picture of two of my keepers:
  2. Good job Frank going to try it again on Friday with the boys. Don't know where yet but weather permitting we'll be on the water somewhere. Tom
  3. Good Job Frank, I'll be up one day this weekend. Tom
  4. Good job Adam. I tried Q-see yesterday afternoon for some shallow water fish. We ended up with one keeper, one cat and one sheep. We started in 9 fow and ended up in 14 fow mostly drifting with harnesses and bottom bouncers. Tom
  5. Can't beat fishing and getting a check for it too! Way to go Adam.
  6. I know what you mean it seemed like it was laying down so I decided to head into the waves and it was tough and really hard when we got a triple on and the two boys were sleeping in the cuddy. That left my buddy to get the rods and drive the boat into the wind, it wasn't pretty my buddy had two rods and I think he was driving with one foot on the wheel and one on the floor.
  7. Yeah that was me I saw you in your usual spot then you made a move and i tried to call you later and you were going in. Tom
  8. Good job Frank we ended up with 15, 11 keepers and 4 throwbacks and a bunch of misses. I sure wasn't expecting it to be that rough yesterday. We had our best luck 30-35 fow with purple and hammered chrome blades. It started slow for us and I swear it looked like the boats stretched from Pt Lookout to Pt AuGres, man there were a bunch of boats out yesterday I can't image what today looks like.
  9. Good job Adam on the fish and good luck with the boat I hope its a quick and easy fix.. Now is not the time to be having boat problems. Tom
  10. Frank I got a crew together for Friday so I'll be out there. We should be there around 8:00 am Tom
  11. They need to give you a reserved parking spot, I hope they have someone in the booth. Good job Frank now can you post that the best breakfast is at H&H that should get you a free lunch or something, but then you'd be waiting in line there too. Tom
  12. Good job Frank wish I could have been with you, but you know the story. I might have a crew for Friday but not sure will let you know. Tom
  13. Tried Thomas Rd and got one before we got blown off. I was in my little boat with the two boys. We started fishing about 2 and came in around 4:30. Harnesses and 1 oz inline caught the fish. http://www.greatlakesfisherman.com/gallery/files/7/8/3/100_1792.jpg' alt='100_1792.jpg'>

  18. Wow!!!!! 20 fish in less than two hours hardly time for the engine to warm up. GJ
  19. Good job Frank, you are doing your share to thin the herd.
  20. I guess I should have said to bring all of your tackle if you can. Yes you will get walleyes on spoons and hot n tots also.
  21. Good job Jason, its priceless to see a kids face light up when the fish are biting.
  22. Harnesses and bottom bouncers. You won't need anything more than 2 ounce bottom bouncers.
  23. Hey Frank it was nice meeting up with you, and I wish I had a report like yours. We ended up with 2 one on 4 color core with a Stinger "I don't care" color and the other on red with brass blade. We missed two other fish and had one throw back and caught a 14 inch small mouth. Man Frank you were creeping along. We drifted for a while but our speed drifting was .7-.8 on the GPS. You did about the best from what I heard on the radio. Good job Frank. Tom
