  13. I am going to replace my 15 and 20 color lead cores with copper. I was thinking of going with 300ft of 30lb and 300ft of 45lb or maybe a 450ft of 30lb instead of the 300ft of 45lb are these good choices?? I will be useing convector cv55. I have never used copper before but i have read alot about it and think is time to make the switch. I have been told it flat out catches fish. Will my church boards be ok with these copper set-ups? or do I need bigger boards. Any info would be great thanks rob

  17. Nice box of fish. Sure was a great day on the water today. After getting a late start and had to be off the lake early I ended up 6 for 10 all kings over 10 lbs. found the fish just when it was time to go. 120 fow was where i caught all my fish. I took most of the fish with a 17 color core with a sitnger stingray killer blue. Glad I had first timer on the boat:) maybe next time he will be on time and not make me wait on him.

  19. I know cabelas has a sent called smelly jelly. I have the herring and salmon egg sent. They have several different flavors. I have used it with great results. It sticks to the lure very good and is very strong smelling. You can pull your lure out of the water 45 min later and still smell it.
  20. I picked up a dvd last weekend that was made by best chance too and they talked about thin fish. They said thin fish were deadly for spring coho and browns.
