Not a big fan of the rule change to 5 fish at all. I fished the grand have and muskegon tournaments this year and had a blast. Anyone can get lucky and pull 5 fish. but to pull 10-12 fish 2 days in a role is more of a challange. I was thinking about fishing holland but not going to happen now. If I did I would only fish the 333

I only fished one last year and it was a great time. I really like the best 5 out of 7 tournaments and only 6 fish. This keeps it a very level playing field.

Just wanted to thank everyone that fished the tourney. It was a great way to break in the new boat. Looking foward to fishing the next tourney.

I could not keep these two set-ups in the water last year. 11in white/pearl pro-troll flasher with a raptute ocean mirage fly 22-24in leader and a blue dolphin spin doctor with a rapture last supper fly. They are worth every penny

Pentwater lake is awsome for steelies through the ice. I had a great weekend on the white river this past weekend. until the water warms up they will be in slow deep holes. I fish spawn 95% of the time. I would be more than willing to take someone along and show them a few tricks. between 3 of us we landed 13 steelies and lost around 6 or 7 this past weekend. The next warm up will great fishing.

I treat all loose spawn in river water. I have not had much luck with anything else.
