well it was kinda slow but not to bad today sea mac ,fishin machine and my self set up in 80 and went s.w., today and found fish in the 120 to 140 range and was hopeing to get the plug bite going like it was on saterday but NOT A CHANCE /but, what was hot was a blue bubble meat rig on a wire diver on 2 out 250 and a liquid sun shine meat rig on a wire diver out 300 on 2 other stuff that took hits where most any moon shine on a rigger or 12 coler core i can't remember the name of them becouse most of those where sea-mac's also a lemon ice cicle d.w. on a 12 /dr. death d.w. 90 down on a rigger and a mi. blue berry on a rigger 80 down we ended the day 6 for ? as we lost a lot of very nice fish for ho nose what reason here todays catch

yup , the old DIRTY DOG handled those 28 plus footers pritty good today LOL o by the way ,they where only 28 ft if ya took and added 27 ft to them

THE BIG FISH ARE STILL HERE well i only had 1 other guy on the boat this morening and we set up in 80 fow south of the harbor near the doglas point and went on a southwest troll and went 7 for 9 by 8:15 all fish came in 100 to 110 on a north or south troll, and all but 2 where on a green glow/ black ladder back j-plug 75 down on a rigger or a double glow silver hoard on a 15 coler lead core the only spoon was a mag beef eater d.w. ,65 down on the other rigger and we never took a hit on flashers and flys heres a pic of the catch, all big kings from 14 to 19 lbs by the way all 6 fish had 6 to 11 alwives in the gut:D

well after trying to get out to do a little trolling this morning ,and getting turned around at the end of the peir with 3 to 5 footers out of the n.w. my crew came back to my house and we got my 15 fter and went to base line lk to do a little cappie fishing we where trolling small org. and white jigs tiped with minnows in 15 to 30 fow and took 75 fish home in about 3 houes all where 9 to 13 inches

nice job ,i also tried to get out this morning and was met at the end of the saugatuck peir with 3 to 5 footers ,when i took 1 foot of water over the bow and hard top and soaked the guy in the back of the boat we made a fast turn in the canel and came home and got the 15 footer and went cappie fishing

i go from 6 to 8 ft and use the rubber band method

WOW look like an EXCELLANT hatch again this year
