First trip out this season...Cold but worth it. 2-man limit of cohos in 180-200 fow...Red Brads Thin Fin took 3...the others came on Moonshine Mags (Flounder Pounder, Blue Flounder Pounder, Dancing Anchovies)...got hits on downrigger 40 ft, 300 copper, 200 copper, 100 Cooper and high line off board. Went 4 for 8 last night out of PS...north in about 110 to 140 ft. fow...Caught one big king 20#+ on a 200 ft Copper/jagar bomb spoon...one 8# king on a SWR 80ft down/moonshine mag blue flounder...1 9# steelhead on a 5-color/mixed veggie spoon...1 8# king 300 ft copper/moonshine mag wonder bread. Best speed was 2.7 mph SOG...caught fish trolling all directions...lots of ...fish was full of bait fish. Did anyone hear what happened to the boat that apparently shot up distress flares south of PS? Sheriff pulled us over last night asking if we had seen anything.

Got out about 7pm Sat eve...Went 3 for 3 in 180-200 ft of water 11# Steelhead on 300' ft copper Blue Dolphin 8# Steelhead on downrigger 42 ft down Mag Moonshine Flounder Pounder 5# Laker on SWR rig 52 down on rigger Mag Moonshine Blue Flounder Anyone happen to know what the buoy is for in 200 ft of water straight out of the channel?
