  1. Went 7 for 11 sunday am.

175-180 FOW in small pods. Kept circling around to get hits.

Mostly on north troll a few on the south. 3.0SOG North and 1.7SOG South

All but 3 hits came on green plugs. 160 down on rigger and 275-300 back on braid dipsys. Other hits were on white paddle/poofster fly rigger down 130.

Long Lines dead. 300' 45 copper w/4oz snap weight and flounder pounder and 300' 45 copper with raspberry carbon didnt take a hit.

Was very hit or miss with a few long dead periods. Beautiful day though.

  2. Well It was a bit brisk but a beautiful night on the water!:thumb:

I figured most of the fish would have stayed deep even with the flip so i started in 120.

Marked a ton in 125-135 but only took 2 fish there before moving out deeper.

140-180 held fish but they were scattered. Ended up 6 for 11

    What worked

Rigger 5 foot off bottom w/ Ace high watermelon plug

Full core w/ BLL UV Green Dolphin HOT

273' 32lb copper (lost a chunk of copper) w/ SS UV Blue Dolphin HOT

Dipsy back 190 w/ green dots 8in pro troll and hypnotist fly

Dipsy back 150 w/ Blue Spin Doctor BW Morningwood Fly

When i was coming back in i had to stop in 50FOW to move a tackle box and the graph lit up with bait. Sure enough i shined a light into the water and watched em darting around.

  3. Ran north to port sheldon to avoid the storm this mornin.

No real action until we turned WNW and trolled slow. 2.0-2.2 sog. 120-160FOW

Ended up 11 for 17 before winds picked up at 10.

Landed our first ever atlantic salmon which gave us a grand slam.

    7 kings 2 Skams 1 laker 1 Atlantic

125 FOW south troll has been the money! went 10 for 12, 6 for 12, and 13 for 20. All trips jus a few hours long.

Fishing was best shallower in the column mostly 30-55 down but sunday they seemed to move deeper with riggers down 75 and 90 being best.

    What worked:

10 color - BLL UV Green Dolphin

    300 32lb copper - Mag Miami Dolphin

    300 45lb copper - BLL Patriot

Riggers down 45, 55 friday and sat with blue dolphin and mt dew spinny mirage fly

Riggers down 75 and 90 sunday with mt dew spinny mirage fly and Flounder pounder

Dipsys back 125, 145, and 155 - Blue spinnie blue hypnotist fly, chrome gator spinny frosted phil fly, glow frog spinny glo nad fly, and chrome/pearl protroll with Artic blast uv fly.
