  1. Hi Guys

I recently decided to take on a project boat.

I had one all lined up in cleveland but when I got there the deal fell thru.

I am looking for a late 70's erly 80s 22' starcraft open hull. (mariner or ss). I am really looking for one of the V5 hulls. They have a tru Vee at the transome as opposed to the rounded off Vee's of the standard aluminum hulls.

If by chance anyone knows of or sees one up for sale I would really appreciate the lead.

    Thanks Steve Kelly

  2. We used our diver disc on the boards. Last year when cwe went the fish were about 8-10' down. Best lure was red tiger brads thin fish 6 down 40 back on a rigger second was same lure 20 back on a disc

Of a board. We used of Saginaw bay walleye gear and every thing took hits.

  3. Yes on the two broken displays. I had to get a new spool $20 line counter and gear.

all came from fiah307.com. they have the part layout on their web site.

3 way switch with weather cover $8.99 online. Everything plugs together I

inside no need to crimp or solder anything.

Also we love them. It spoils us we r looking are the new DT 5 next winter.

  4. We have 4 of them # we had convert to magazine 20 when the displays were fanged. We have yet to have a display go electronicaly wrong. 1 was drooped by my 5 yr old the other was cracked when was hit by a cannonball.

For 38$ you can change them over to a analog depth counter and a 3 way switch.

  5. Is there a way to hook up a gps unit to a lap top to enter data?

I use the navionics platnum software on an SD card. is there a way to just put in waypoints to the card and put the card back in the GPS.

I would like to network mine on shore to start scouting and setting way points because I am to busy running the rods to enter info.

    Thanks Steve

  6. What lbs test do you guys use I was about to order 32lbs from blood run but there website says it for fishing down to 40'. But the dive curves for 45 starts at 90' I was wanting to get from 40-70' with my coppers. so i would asume I need 150,200,250,300,and 350 of 32lbs. or should I be mixing them up with 45 and 32lbs.

    Thanks Steve
