  1. we had to change the breakers on our DT 2 a few years ago. Cheap and easy to do you don't have to split the case. Haven't had the breaker trip since. . As far as speed I never really took note. I know that if I clear a line and hit auto up the ball is up before the rods is in from 80'

  2. They refunded my money. and since i didn't have RECIEPT i got the lowest sale price.

1/2 of what i payed for it. Because it was a discontinued rod.

I was about to buy roller rods when I went in to return my board rod. But ended up getting them else where. I will not buy any high priced gander brand equipment anymore.

  3. I just checked my gps we were getting fish from just north of sunset south to just north off the Qsee stakes last year. on shore (not on the bar).

With the wind were were on a s/e troll and had to really pound the waves on

sunday we had to set up troll S?E till 8' then pull everything and run back out to set up.

  4. We went out of sebewaing this week end. We didn't find any fish till we were south of fish point.

We ended up with 14 on sat and 15 on sun.

we never got deeper thn 10'

Deep jr thundersticks back 40 and 60' I think the 60 was digging in the bottom but they were getting hit.

Warrior spoons back 20 on BJ diver disc

blue seamed to be the best color for the thunder sticks and the spoons were orange and purple.

  5. You really can't beat Linwood Beach Marina on the west side of the bay. On the east side were I fish Sebewaing has a camp ground and a good marked chaannel. There is a get together there for MS in the end of june. That is always a blast. After the end of june you can find them up at caseville and prot austin till november. If you end up on the east side shoot me a PM I'm out every weekend.

  6. I use the big jon mini disc on churches wlleye boards for walleye. I was thinking of changing the swivals to a clip type release and putting it on the backer after the copper is out. That way its removable. Then let it pou another 40' so that it dives to 20' and them the copper runs behind it.

Since I posted this I saw where guys are using dive bombs.

How do they clip on the backer?

  7. Run some cleaner in it to. I have used sea foam twice a yaer on all of our boats. It seams to work well.

Did the last owner run the boat last year or has it been sitting?

Also you should be able to see the chokes openong and closing when the air cover is off?

Is this an Optimax of an EFI on the big motor?

  8. the last 2 boats I have looked at had the fill and vent next to each other. These were on older starcraft. So I don't think thats the prblem. Was it new gas in the tanks? What kind of engine are we dealing with I/O or OB.

I would try an external tank with new gas and some sea foam or something similar.

  9. I use diver disc for walley and with the fish seaming to be deep this year.

I have been thinking of upgrading the snaps so they can be removable on a few of the disc to run in front of my short coppers.

No the math. Can I just add the 2 dive curves together or am I just asking for trouble with this set-up?

    Thanks Steve
