  1. Send the fish over my way! Thanks for the report.
  2. Thanks for the reports guys. The guys out of Holland are smokin them this year!
  3. Nothing beats a great trip with the family. Great job Shane.
  4. Thanks for the report. We went out too and was only 1-2. Both on copper. Had a big fish on, pulled the board under and snapped the leader. Natural Born Killer and Green Dolphin.
  5. Great job guys. How did you guys end up in the tourney?
  6. Another great report Don. How'd you end up in the tourney? Sounds like you still had a pretty good morning.
  7. Great morning out on the water. Had to fish through a little bit of rain, but all in all worth it. Ended up 14 for 22. Best depth was 87fow. Riggers 57 and 72 down were the best taking most of the fish and sliders above them all took alot of hits as well. The ones we missed weren't even hookups, they seemed to be slapping at the sliders. Still managed to catch a few off sliders though. Best baits by far were the yellow and green natural born killers. Probably took half the fish. Other baits that took hits and fish were green dolphin mag on a slider, blue dolphin medium on a slider, and a lemon ice 110' back on a 3 dipsy, green fishcatcher/pickled sunshine fly, and medium sized green dolphin on 150' of copper, double trouble on a rigger, nitro stinger on a rigger, flounder pounder on 250' of copper, and a nuclear veggie 220' back on dipsy. Best morning yet this year and it only gets better from here.
  8. The deeper it is the better it shines.
  9. Downrigger down 57' with a Double Trouble. But nothing beats the poundin of the dipsy rod when theres a fish on!
  10. Why is it that every time I go to a shop to pick up the bait I need they never have it in stock? Who's getting there before I am?
  11. "Hit! Hit! Hit! Hit!" and get out of my way!
  12. Moonshines all the way. I agree with the previous post though, they're so stinkin expensive! Best color, Double Trouble, hands down.
  13. When you start fishing in the morning or evening, do you have to have marked fish on the graph before you start setting rods, or are you driving out to a chosen depth and setting down? If so, are you going to continue searching for the fish until you mark something and then set up?
  14. You're tellin me!!! I normally get 2 evenings and saturday morning during the week to go fishing, every single time I get a chance to go, its blowin, rainin, and wavin. Only gone out once this year cuz thats been the one time the weather has cooperated with my scedule!
