South Haven 4/13 and 4/14

Fished out of South Haven thursday night 4/13. We got 3 out of 4, two cohos and one decent king. I suspect the one we lost was a steelhead by the way it jumped, but I'm not for sure. The king was a modest 9lbs while the cohos all ran in the 5-6lb range. No monsters. All of the fish came over 25-30fow and about 15 down. The hot lure(I LOVE this lure) was a pink rapala Xrap. An Orange spoon produced the other two hits.

Fished again Friday night 4/14 and never got the skunk out of the box. Missed one. I tried all of the same things that were successful from the previous night with no avail. The miss came off of a blue and yellow glow spoon running 15 down.

It's way too early to be skunked this many times(3 on the year). I think I was skunked only 4 times the whole year last year!
