Whitehall 8/30, 8/31 and 9/1

Fished Whitehall Saturday, Sunday, Monday. 6/16 Saturday, 10/12 Sunday and 10/14 Monday (with a bonus catfish). Fished 60-90 FOW mostly. Riggers 40-60 down, 200&300 copper, 7&10 colors were all best. Mostly kings, with a couple coho and a couple steelhead mixed in.

Plugs were great until 8ish each morning, and then it was a grind on spoons mostly after that. Green splatter and ladderback plugs, then a slew of different spoons later.

There were a ton of fish doing tuna type stuff on bait all over Saturday and Sunday, was cool to watch, tried casting stuff at them off the front to no avail.

We packed up Saturday started running in and an about ten pound steelhead jumped 50’ off the bow.  Just to be like that…
