News Posted April 4, 2007 Share Posted April 4, 2007 With summer around the corner and flooding damage done by summer storms last year still fresh on the minds of Toledo residents, city and other officials yesterday encouraged residents to create "rain gardens" to help absorb water that could harm homes.More...
