News Posted March 14, 2007 Share Posted March 14, 2007 In a strongly worded letter to the Minnesota DNR Commissioner, Mark Johnson of the Minnesota Deer Hunters Association expressed the group’s “outrage†that from 2002 through the proposed 2008-09 budget, some $25 million in hunting license revenues will have been spent to cover deficits in the DNR’s fisheries operation.More...
