News Posted March 13, 2007 Share Posted March 13, 2007 Despite the clear direction in the federal Clean Water Act, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency had to be sued by citizen groups to apply the Clean Water Act to the most dangerous form of contamination that our Great Lakes face: "biological pollution" -- namely aquatic nuisance species (ANS).More...
