LOWRANCE customer support ???

Trying to decide whether I should buy the new Lowrance 7HDI (hybrid dual imaging) unit. When I tried calling their Customer Support North American toll free number at 1-800-628-4487 and received a message telling me that "this number is no longer in service". I re-checked the number and tried 3 more times with the same result.

My question was going to be about the ability of the unit to display the termocline since I was not able to find any examples of this on-line.

But now I am very hesitant to but any Lowrance products until I know that they at least provide some kind of product support.

Anyone out there have any experience with Lowrance or have a working telephone number for them???
